Future of Work: Women Shaping the Pandemic Pivot

A global conversation   Mar 19-26, 2022| Virtual Event

Keynote by Dr. Stefanie K. Johnson, Professor, and Author of Wall Street Journal Bestseller

"Inclusify: Harnessing the power of uniqueness and belonging to build innovative teams"

Two years into the pandemic, human life continues to be upended.  People around the world are facing loss - loss of life, and livelihood.

Technology continues to be a leading disruptor accelerating the future of work, while creating new opportunities to shape the human connection. Amidst all this, inequalities and disparities in all aspects of human experience have become glaringly visible.

Women continue to be among the most disproportionately affected around the world, regardless of who they are, what they do, and where they come from.

We want to add our voice and shine the light on the role of women in shaping the Pandemic Pivot. So, like last year, we hosted our 3rd Annual Future of Work global, virtual conference, in commemoration of International Women’s Day.

And, like last year, we partnered with CEPHR, LLC - a values-based HR Consulting Firm based in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, as we co-host this global, "bias-for-action" conversation on the Future of Work: Women Shaping the Pandemic Pivot.

Together, we are on a mission to #BreakTheBias and to co-create a sustainable future of work that works for everyone!
