4IR and The Future of Work: a global perspective

With a vision to create a platform for thought leadership in organizational agility from an inclusive, global, interdisciplinary, Human-Centered Design +Agile+Lean perspective, we created a week-long virtual conference to share insights and perspectives on:
- pervasiveness of digital transformation and automation
- need for enterprise/business and personal agility
- importance of inclusion and diversity in the context in a 4IR world
- workforce skills needed to navigate a digital economy
- human+business impact of climate change and other geo-political events
With over 20 hours of world-class content delivered effectively and seamlessly via LIVE and blended webinars - AND- in a matter of less than 24 hours over 5 days, a global community had come together to:
